Better and Faster Software Procurement
We source and supply cloud-based software, including Microsoft Office 365, Google’s G Suite, Sophos and Adobe products.
Software licensing is generally complex and can be confusing, but there are cost-effective approaches that will prevent overspend, whilst still ensuring you don’t run out of seats when you need them. We are experts in finding best-fit solutions to your business needs.
Are you using traditionally-sold software?
If you are, we have many years of experience with straightforward licence management. We can help ensure your software investment is cost-effective and fully auditable.
Microsoft SPLA software
We have a Services Provider Licence Agreement with Microsoft. It means that we can look after Microsoft software licenses, so you don’t have to.
Because we are Microsoft Silver Partners, we are able to provide Microsoft software of all types to you in a simple and cost-effective way, based on a monthly charge*. Deployment can be fully cloud-based, or loaded on your own servers or any combination in between—it’s very flexible. You can vary the number of licenses or products to suit your business’ needs, so you need never again find yourself paying for software you’re not actually using productively.
With flexibility comes complexity, but it’s our responsibility, not yours! We will help you select the products you need and the best methods of deployment. For example, you may need CRM to support your sales force, and that’s better in the cloud (so they have good access from outside the office). Alternatively, you might have need of something ultra-secure, running on resilient servers on your premises. That’s straightforward too.
Microsoft SPLA software
Here’s just a few products we provide:
- Microsoft Office

Try before you buy!
Software needs to be right for your business. We can offer a 60-day trial period on all Microsoft software we provide and that’s not just a single license either. You can have sufficient seats to properly evaluate the product in your environment, gather user feedback, assess performance—whatever you need to do. We’ll help you choose and we’ll support you during your evaluation.
If at the end you decide you need something else, that’s fine. It’s what evaluations are for, after all.
So, not only will you get the right product, with flexibility to try it and change it if you need to, but we can get you signed up and the software deployed much faster than with more traditional routes.
*Other payment arrangements may be available, depending on your specific circumstances and subject to contract terms and conditions.
G Suite by Google Cloud
A growing number of our clients are using G Suite as their core office productivity and collaborative software.
G Suite is cloud-based, and available via its web interface for many platforms, including Windows, Apple’s iOs and Mac OS, Linux and Android devices (either through its apps or a web browser) and includes cloud storage on Google’s servers. It is optimised for inexpensive Chromebooks too, making deployment to remote or peripatetic workers particularly cost-effective. Collaboration tools within G Suite are excellent and there is a high degree of security. It is available in four versions:
- Basic includes all you need for office productivity, either individually or in a small office.
- Business adds extra cloud storage, powerful “cloud” search across all the G Suite services and the ability to set data archiving and retention policies.
- Enterprise also includes additional security measures, including extensive email security monitoring, digital signatures and strong encryption for email traffic between organisations. It is an excellent starting point for a fully GDPR-compliant organisation.
- G Suite Teams is an add-on suite for organisations that don’t need Google’s email or calendaring, preferring to use their existing systems.
All of these are priced per-seat on a monthly basis.
We have migrated a number of clients, operating in both public and private sectors, from traditional desktop applications to G Suite. They have reported excellent results, with significant cost savings and productivity improvements. We wholeheartedly recommend G Suite, and use it extensively ourselves.
We can advise and recommend suitable Adobe licences to suit your business requirements, and our buying power allows us very attractive pricing, ideally suited for smaller graphic arts or media houses.
Our staff are highly trained in virtualisation, data security and cloud backup. Also, as a cloud services provider in our own right, we use it extensively ourselves in our own datacentres.
If you are considering virtualisation for your own facility, please do contact us: alongside expert advice we can probably provide you with an extremely cost-effective solution.
